National Voluntary Environmental Movement

National Volunteer Environmental Movement! Within the scope of the project, 1 day regional workshops held in 7 different provinces of Turkey (Mardin, Van, Hatay, Trabzon, Çankırı, Bursa, Edirne,) regional environmental problems  were discussed, ideas were produced and regional reports were prepared by experts on the environmental problems of the regions. At the end of these workshops, a “National Voluntary Environmental Movement Summit” was organized in Istanbul, covering 3 days and 2 nights with volunteer young people from 81 provinces of Turkey. At this Summit, presentations of regional issues and studies were shared, solutions for these problems were discussed to create policies, National Environmental Policy and action plan for the preparation of the activity report of the youth were carried out. The report was then shared with decision makers and the public, and the action plan was implemented by volunteers under the Coordination of the Global Environmental Organization.
